  • No, there will be no limit on transaction count in this campaign

 

  1. When will I receive the cashback amount after making payment?
    • You will receive cashback amount instantly after making a successful payment

 

  1. Does my account need to be in ‘Active Status’ to receive cashback?
    • In order to receive a cashback, account status and incoming transaction of customer account must be active. If cashback disbursement fails due to customer account status issue, the customer will not receive cashback for the campaign

 

  1. What will I do, if I make any wrong payment?
    • If you make any wrong payment transaction, you have to call 16247 or approach bKash centers, bKash Care, Facebook fan page, Web chat (Live chat service) as well as send e-mail to support@bkash.com and officially inform/report the issue. bKash will address the matter after the campaign period based on customer claim and validation

 

  1. Will I receive cashback if my payment is successful?
    • If your payment is valid, bKash recognizes the transaction as an authentic and incoming transaction of your account is active, you will receive cashback. However, bKash reserves the right to cancel cash back payout if the particular transaction and/or your transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that you  have abused the benefit of the cashback campaign

 

  1. Is there any chance that my cashback will be delayed? If yes, what should I do?
