Special Note:
If there is any refund required- only the paid amount will be refunded to the respected card. Discount Offer won't be added with the refund. For example- if you placed an order for 5000 Tk products and avail 300 Tk Discount, which means your card charged for 4500 Tk and if there is any refund request required you will get a 4500 Tk refund which was actually charged to your card. The discount amount won't be adjusted. To avoid any misunderstanding, you are requested to contact BDSHOP.COM to confirm the stock availability or you can request for Store Credit for the full amount.
Terms and Conditions
- Customers must save their Visa Card while paying online.
- One Visa card can only be used twice on each website to avail of the offer. The discount won't apply if the card is removed and then added again.
- If a customer has already saved their Visa card on a particular website at an earlier time (before March 24, 2020) or during the Save & Save Campaign 2020, the same card won’t be eligible to avail the offer from the same website. The discount is only applicable for customers who save a new Visa card on a particular website.
- Payment must be made through SSLCOMMERZ Gateway.
- Payment must be made using a Visa card.
- Only successful transactions will be counted.
- Refunds will be processed as per the merchant policy.
- Visa & SSL Wireless reserves the right to modify the campaign terms & conditions in any manner or cancel the entire campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
- Visa & SSL Wireless reserves the right to add/remove participating merchants as well as modify the discount modality of the participating merchants at any time during the campaign period.
- Visa & SSL Wireless reserves the right to cancel the discount if the particular transaction and/or the customer transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefit of the campaign.
- Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant. No warranties are made by Visa that the information is correct. Please check directly with Merchant to confirm the availability and validity of the Offer.
- The Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.
- By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges, and agrees that:
A) Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa.
B) Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer.
Campaign period.
Visa & SSL Wireless reserves the right to cancel discount if the particular transaction
and/or the customer transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer
has abused the benefit of the campaign.
